UK Essays offers solely academic writing assistance. We did not notice any resume or CV writing services, nor did we see business-related writing services. American students should be aware that this service definitely caters to students in the UK. The terminology used to describe grade levels and writing assignments can be a bit confusing because of this. In spite of this, it is quite common for services we review to provide only academic services. As such, we do not have any negative feedback on services offered.

Prices

We charged close to 100 USD per page for our essay. This is by far the most we have ever paid for any academic paper we have ever reviewed. There were no UKEssays.com coupon codes. This is unfortunate as a discount could have definitely helped.

Customer Support

We decided that due to the extraordinarily high prices, we should be able to expect nothing less than excellent work. Since we did not receive that we contacted customer support. Our issues were that there were spelling and grammatical errors. Our paper was a ¼ page short. There were some formatting issues. We also believed on of the sources used was biased and not really appropriate for academic research and writing.

Unfortunately, support at UKEssays.com was not very helpful. Their response time was quite slow. The representative we spoke too was quite dismissive as well.

Conclusion

Simply going by prices alone, we could never recommend this service to students or anyone else. They are beyond any rates we have seen anywhere. However, even if the costs were more reasonable, there are still plenty of reasons for concern. Response to our concerns from customer support was tepid at best. Our writer gave us a paper that was marginally well-written.  However, we have certainly received much better from other services, and there were enough errors to request at least one revision. Ultimately, we have weighed the pros and cons. If you need writing assistance, please consider working with another writing service.
