When you call, who answers? Is the individual able to converse with you in good English and without a foreign accent? And, if you engage someone in live chat, is their writing in natural English? If you are dealing with foreigners, take a pause. It is possible that the company, wherever it may be located, is using an answering service and a “boiler room” chat company.
Certainly, there are many people with foreign accents who reside in English-speaking countries and who work for English-speaking companies. But if they are really employees, they will be well-trained and ale to answer your detailed questions.
