We have received plenty of helpful feedback from customers about TurninPaper.com. In addition to this, we have read Turn in Paper customer reviews on other websites. The following review is based on that feedback as well as our own investigation into the company.

About

We ‘Googled’ TurninPaper.com and found their profile on WhoIs.com. We learned that in spite of being based in the United States, they are actually based in Cyprus. The phone number provided on the website is a New York City exchange, located in the Flushing neighborhood in the borough of Queens. The company does not give a physical address on their website.

It should be noted that they are not registered with the BBB. This is not proof of a fraud or scam. However, that along with the suspect location information does not bode well.

Services

A quick look at the ‘Our Services’ page on the TurninPaper site reveals that the company offers writing in several categories. These are:

• Proofreading
• Web Content And Copywriting
• Original Writing
• Editing
• Formatting

Unfortunately, the descriptions for each of these were vague, and were obviously not written by an English speaking writer. So, we had to rely on the order form to get a better idea. That still left us confused. It appears as though they offer copywriting, but nothing about it is available on the order form. We say essays, research papers, dissertations, and other academic work. We even saw resumes. Unfortunately, we did not see anything about copywriting.

We ordered an essay for English 101 for a college student with a due date of 14 days. All of our personal experiences mentioned here are based upon that order. However, we can say that customer feedback that we have received expressed similar confusion. It was disappointing that such basic information was not available.

Prices

For our essay, we paid only twelve dollars per page. To put that into perspective we selected the longest due date possible. However, we looked at the prices displayed on their website. They are generally lower than average. However, quality issues that have been reported to us, and that we have experienced lead us to determine there simply isn’t a very good value here.

We did receive a discount as first-time customers. We were given a coupon code to enter when we placed our order. However, the site doesn’t appear to list any other offers or coupon codes.

Customer Support

Many of our audience members reported long waits when attempting to use online chat. We experienced the same as well. We also found that telephone customer service was hit and miss. At times, it appeared as if we were speaking with an employee. Unfortunately, there were other occasions where it was clear we were dealing with an answering service. On two occasions, the phone simply rang with no answer.

Conclusion

After analyzing customer opinions, other reviews, and our own experiences we are unable to endorse this company. In fact, we encourage anyone interested in writing services to look at one of the sites that we do recommend.
