We do not know how long Paperell has been in business, but we can find information and comments on the web that go back two years. It seems to be a young company, and it has some “growing” to do if it is going to be competitive on the writing service industry. At this point, we have been able to conduct a review based upon the explanatory content on the website, the posted testimonials, the customer reviews we have found on the web, and the quality of a research paper we ordered.

About

Paperell is located in the Seychelles but insists that it only employs native English-speaking pros with Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from top universities. From its menu, we were able to read through the “about us” page, but it only focused on testimonials, and FAQ page, and method of contact. There is almost no information about the company itself.

The site also lacks any policies that should be included, such as terms of use, refunds, revisions, privacy, and such. This is a big concern.

The content on the website is some of the most poorly written that we have seen. It was obviously written by a non-native English speaker, and that does not inspire much confidence. The blog posts reflected the same poor grammar and composition.

Services

The company supplies only academic writing and it appears to focus only on college level writing products – essays, papers, research projects, reviews, etc.

The ordering process is simple. Customers complete fields regarding the details of their orders, and the bidding process begins. Customers then select a writer from those bids.

The problem is this: When the bids come in, a customer can click on the “writer profile.” That only consists of titles of completed writing products followed by customer testimonials. No background information on the writer is available on that profile.

In terms of quality, we are very disappointed. Off-site customer comments are all negative and speak to high prices for what is received. The paper we ordered was full of grammar and composition errors. We requested revisions, and got a half-hearted attempt on the part of the writer. There were so many errors, we didn’t even know where to begin. By the time we finally got what few revisions we requested, our deadline was already a week over due.

This company’s poor online reputation was confirmed by the paper we received.

Prices

Wow, is all we can say. We ordered an 8-page research paper with a 7-day deadline, bids ranged from $242 to $288.50. this is extraordinarily high for the industry, especially considering the poor quality of product.

The company states that it does offer a periodic discount, but we did not find one.

Customer Support

The company can be contacted by email or live chat – no phone number is provided. We don’t like this either.

We did ask questions through the live chat feature. We were told that information about the backgrounds of the writers was confidential but we could contact a writer and ask. The writer we selected for our paper stated that she held a Master’s degree from Columbia University, a top-tier school in the U.S. Another writer stated he was Harvard. We find this very difficult to believe given their inability to put a correct sentence together during our chats.

Conclusion

This company is young and off to a bad start. No policies, poor quality, and prices that are exorbitant. We do not recommend it even to high school students, much less undergrads and grads.

Abel: "Faked research paper from "experts" "

"Since I was running short on time with my college obligations, I decided to use a writing service to get my research paper edited and proofread. I know that services such as these should be carefully chosen, so I was quite shocked when my research paper came back from Paperell.com. The entire research paper was worse off than it was, with grammar and formatting mistakes that were previously nonexistent. The site claims that their writers are highly-qualified professionals in their respective fields, but I am quite sure that is not the case. They even tried charging me full price for the “work” they did on my research paper, which I wholeheartedly refused to pay for."
