Lifesaveressays.com has been in the industry for at least four years. At least, that is how far back we have been able to locate information and comments about it on the web. We have had several comments submitted to our site and so decided to conduct a full review to give our visitors and users an objective analysis. In conducting the review, we have reviewed the entire website and its content, have looked at testimonials, pricing, benefits, services, customer support, and those customer reviews that have been submitted to us as well as those we have found elsewhere on the web. Finally, we ordered a research paper on a common topic and evaluated it for quality.

The website itself has a great deal of animation. In fact, the images and text move so quickly in some instances that we had a difficult time taking it all in. Still, after several views, we were able to glean the basics of products and services.

Services

Life Saver Essays provides products and services only to college level students – both undergraduate and graduate. The array of products is comprehensive, beginning with basic essays and graduating up to and through theses. Dissertations are not offered, but any other type of assignment or project is. Editing and proofreading are also among the services.

We are primarily interested in the quality of products that are ultimately delivered to customers. To determine this, we looked first at the website information and content.

• The company states that it only employs American writers and that they work full time for the company. Further it says that it has over 1400 of such writers. This we find surprising, because most academic writers do not work fulltime for any writing service. There is usually not enough work to keep them engaged full time.
• The website content is very poorly written, obviously by an ESL writer. We find this suspicious. If the company only employs American writers, why has one of them not produced the site content? Poor grammar, incorrect word usage, and a host of other grammatical issues are prevalent throughout most of the content.
• Customers how submitted review comments to us, as well as feedback we were able to find elsewhere on the web, also indicate significant issues with the quality of writing and resources used. We can only conclude that the claim of using only American writers is simply not true.
• The research paper we received reflected the very same issues that other customers have found. The grammar and composition was typical of an ESL writer and we would not have submitted it to any college professor. Resources were far too elementary for college level as well.

Prices

Visitors will not find a pricing chart anywhere on the site. The only way to find pricing on a piece is to access the order form and fill in the information. At that point, a price is provided. Our 8-page research paper, with a 7-day deadline, was priced at $102.00, a price that falls within the low range for the industry.

In terms of any discounts, the company does provide a 20% discount for first-time customers. And it hints that discounts will be available to returning customers too. It just doesn’t give any details, as most writing services do provide.

There are listed benefits too. Customers are guaranteed plagiarism-free products, the meeting of any deadline, and full confidentiality.

Customer Support

We contacted customer support on two occasions, one by phone and once by live chat. We asked very detailed questions about policies and specific products. Unfortunately, the agents we spoke to did not have answers to our questions. We were urged to go ahead and place an order and then take it up with our writer or with that writer’s “supervisor.” We ended both conversations with not much confidence in this department.

Conclusion

We are not impressed with LifeSaverEssay.com. The website is difficult to follow, and the content is very poorly written. And there are no samples for visitors to review before placing an order. If we judge product quality by the quality of the website content, it would be rated “poor.” As well, the research paper we received would not meet the expectations of most all college students. In the end, we cannot recommend this writing service. The price may be attractive, but not worth the level of quality.
