Domywriting.com opened its doors in 2013. Over these years, there has been a lot of information about the company on the web, primarily from customers. And we have received comments and feedback from users of our site. We probably should have completed this review earlier than this, but are doing so now. We have taken the company information provided on its website, the testimonials it has published, pricing, benefits, and sample products. We also looked at off-site reviews and ordered a research paper ourselves. In general, our review matches what most customers have had to say about the company.

Services

Do My Writing focuses only on academic writing products for students from high school through Ph.D. level studies. The complete list of services is in a drop-down menu on the “prices” link where customers can get a cost for their orders.

Quality of products and services is our main focus. To determine this, we looked at the following:

• We reviewed some of the sample writings the company has published – one on discrimination in the workforce and one on insurance companies. Both were at the college level, and both were horrible. They were obviously written by foreigners and the resources were old and outdated.

• Customers who have posted comments are not happy either. They complain about the same bad writing and resources. Further, they state that, even though the company promises unlimited revisions and refunds, it does not follow through with these promises

• The paper we received was no different. A college student would not be able to turn it in as written and researched.

Prices

DoMyWriting prices are not published on a chart. A customer can get a price quote by submitting basic information about the piece of writing, the due date, and the academic level. Our paper was $136.00. There is a 5% discount for new customers with a coupon code to enter in the order form. Other discounts are not available.

There are some freebies – title page, bibliography, revisions, formatting.

Custome Support

Customers can contact the support desk via phone or live chat. We did both. Unfortunately, while they are very pleasant they provide very little in the way of details about products and services. We were told to go ahead and fill out the order form and then ask our writer any questions we had. We were told that they could produce an entire dissertation within seven days, which of course is ridiculous.

Conclusion

We are not impressed with this company. Its claim that all of its writers have Masters and Ph.D. degrees and are native English-speaking professionals is obviously not true. And customer feedback is overwhelmingly negative. If the samples and the paper we received are an indication of the quality of the product produced, we cannot possibly see how any customer would return after a first experience. There is no BBB membership, and that is understandable because there would be many complaints. We do not recommend the use of this service. Our rating is “poor.”
